Disability
The General Representative Council for severe Disabled Persons is primarily available to provide advice and assistance to severe disabled persons, persons of equal status and persons at risk of disability at the MPG, but of course questions from all employees are also welcome. The Max Planck Society currently has 84 institutes nationwide and additional institutes outside the Federal Republic. In about 40 institutes of the Max Planck Society there is an elected representative for severe disabled persons. It represents the interests of severe disabled employees and employees with equal rights in matters concerning the Max Planck Society and its facilities that cannot be dealt with by the elected representatives for severely disabled employees at the individual institutes.
The General Representative Council for severe Disabled Employees and the General Works Council have made an inclusion agreement together with the employer. It is intended to support the professional inclusion of severe disabled employees and employees with equal rights at the MPG facilities by having the employer, GSV and GBR agree on common goals. This agreement facilitates cooperation and provides positive impetus for the tasks of HR managers, but also for the representatives of severe disabled employees and the works councils.
The entire framework integration agreement can be found on the MPG intranet.
